GROHE wins TWO iF Material Awards
With their winning mix of visually-enticing and technically-advanced surface finishes, GROHE dual-flush actuation plates and the Quadra collection of bathroom faucets, impressed the judging panel of the 2011 iF Material Award.
The award recognizes products that stand out through their intelligent and efficient use of materials and the resulting sustainability.
GROHE dual flush plates are available in an unmatched range of designs and luxurious finishes. From natural wood veneers with a sealed surface to back-printed glass, 3-D effects created by screen printing and layered lacquering techniques; the unique surfaces facilitate the easy creation of personalized bathing spaces.
The Quadra faucet collection illustrates the precision engineering and attention to detail that sets GROHE apart. The combination of a lacquered surface with chrome elements in a single product presents a technical challenge – not only by the coating and masking techniques used, but also the adhesion of individual layers. The collection is available in four colors: GROHE StarLight® chrome, Moon White, Velvet Black and Frosted Titanium*.
